EK009 KSS/KTS ENGINE

Can anyone help me with the following-
1 Does Part K38/6 [a base plate for valve springs] fit over or under valve guides?
2 As I have know part to work from is there any manufacturer or club member who can assist with dimensions etc. - Trevor Cason 30/3/2005
