CL002 CLUTCH

In my box of clutch bits for the Thruxton I have two sets of "Clutch Backplate Thrust Pins" . Both are labelled C6/3 and are the same diameter. One lot are 11.5mm long the others 14.0mm long (approx.) Which belongs in the Thruxton clutch?

George it looks as if you have mixed up clutch thrust pins (Rigid C6/2, 0.391", Springer 0.C6/3, 0.433") with kick-start / big end rollers ( 0,5625" ). The measurements approximate to the metric sizes you quoted. - Dai Gibbison 26/8/2000
